    BOOKINGS are from 1 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday.

    Facilities
    Each flat is fully furnished, carpeted, equipped with gas or electric fire, cooker, refrigerator, colour TV, toaster, utensils, crockery and cutlery, kettles, pans, duvets, blankets and bed linen, Cots are available.
    PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND TABLE LINEN.

    There is a launderette on the 1st floor and a bathroom on the 3rd floor.

    EVERY FLAT, shower room & bathroom has free hot water & lighting. There are meters for GAS & ELECTRICITY for heating & cooking. VISITORS ARE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE FLATS CLEAN & TIDY ON DEPARTURE & TO NOTIFY OF ANY BREAKAGE'S SO THAT THEY CAN BE RECTIFIED FOR THE NEXT HOLIDAY MAKERS.

    Pets
    DOGS Of a small size can be accommodated by arrangement at extra cost but in the interest of hygiene they must be kept off the furniture and must not be left unattended.

    Terms and Conditions
    We can not accept responsibility for valuables left in the rooms at any time or for left luggage.

    All offers of accommodation are made subject to the flat being unlet at the time of receipt of your deposit. All deposits & bookings are confirmed by return of 2nd class post. Kindly let me know if you do not receive this.

    THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ACCOMMODATION IF, AT ANY TIME, IN THEIR OPINION, THE BEHAVIOUR OF A VISITOR IS SUCH THAT THE COMFORT & ENJOYMENT OF OTHERS IS THREATENED.
    THERE IS AN EXTERNAL FIRE ESCAPE.
    THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN PREPARED WELL IN ADVANCE, YOU MAY FIND MINOR CHANGES ON ARRIVAL.

    Booking
    We trust that you will decide to book a holiday in our flatlets & look forward to receiving your booking. You may wish to book by phone and then confirm by post or alternatively printout and post one of the booking forms provided. You can also check availability using the online form below, we usually respond within 48 hours.

    When not at home a telephone answering machine is in operation. If you leave your name & phone number, we will ring you back as soon as possible.
